Eligibility Criteria
For Primary Level (Classes 1 to 5) – Paper I
- Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC) from NCTE-recognized institution.
- Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed via distance learning.
- Graduation with D.Ed in Special Education (RCI-recognized).
For Upper Primary Level (Classes 6 to 8) – Paper II
- Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed/BTC.
- Graduation with 50% marks + 1-year B.Ed.
- Intermediate (10+2) with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed/B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
How to Apply Online for UP TET 2026
- Uttar Pradesh TET Notification: Visit Click Here
- One-Time Registration (OTR): Visit upessc.up.gov.in and complete OTR if not already done.
- Login: Use your registered credentials to log in.
- Fill Application: Select UPTET 2026, choose Paper I/II/Both, and enter personal/educational details.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned photo, signature, and required certificates.
- Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online (Gen/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1000, SC/ST: Rs. 500, PwD: Rs. 300).
- Submit & Print: Submit the form and take a printout for reference.
